Do I need to download anything?

Why won’t the games load up?

What does ‘SWFObject’ mean?
You may encounter the ‘SWFObject’ error code when you are trying to load a game. You can easily fix this fault by locating the green padlock icon on the left-hand side of the address bar at the top of the screen. Click on the padlock and you will see a list of options. Around halfway down, you will see an option for ‘Flash’. Click on ‘Flash’ and a drop-down list will appear. From this list of options, select ‘Always allow on this site’. Your browser will then prompt you to refresh the page to apply these changes. Click ‘reload’ to refresh the page and the game will then load correctly.

Help, I’ve forgotten my password!
Don’t panic! At the top of the page, beneath the log-in options, you will see a link that says ‘forgotten password?’. Click this link and you will be prompted to enter the email address you registered with and your Wizard Slots username. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Why can’t I withdraw?
If you’re having difficulties withdrawing funds from your Wizard Slots account, there are several possibilities for this.
·        Withdrawals are not permitted within 48 hours following your first deposit.
·        Withdrawals are not permitted within 48 hours of adding a new payment method.
·        You have not verified your account.
Every player is required to verify their details in order to withdraw money from Wizard Slots. This is part of our licencing agreement with the UK Gambling Commission.
In order to verify your account, you must send over a copy of the following documents to support@wizardslots.com.

Why do you need to verify my identity?
The UK Gambling Commission has set out clear instructions for gambling companies to ensure that the identities of those using gambling sites are verified. There are a number of reasons why this is important:
1.      To ensure that you are old enough to gamble. The legal age to engage in gambling in the UK is 18. In order to protect children from accessing gambling sites, it is important that your ID is checked to confirm that you are over 18.
2.      Whether you have self-excluded from gambling. An individual may decide to opt-out of gambling for a specific period of time. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

When will my withdrawal be in my account?
You should ensure that you have verified your account prior to requesting a withdrawal to avoid any delays this could incur. To verify your account, you must send copies of the required documentation to our team at support@wizardslots.com. The list of documentation required can be found in the ‘how do I verify my account?’ section above. We are required to ask for proof of identity for all players in line with regulations imposed by the UK Gaming Commission.
Provided that you have completed the verification process, you may request a withdrawal of funds. When you click ‘withdraw’ there is a 72 hour pending period. Following the end of the pending process, you should expect the funds to arrive in your account within 1-3 days.
I want to take a break.
Wizard Slots supports responsible gambling. You are able to take a break from your Wizard Slots account at any time by contacting support@wizardslots.com.
You can request to take a break for the following amounts of time:
1.      24 hours
2.      One week
3.      One month
4.      Any other period of time you choose up to a maximum of six weeks.
Once this period of time concludes, your account will automatically be available for gameplay again.
You also have the option to self-exclude from gambling for a designated period of time. This can be done by visiting the responsible gambling page. You can also email us with the amount of time that you would like to de-activate your account for.
Following self-exclusion, your account will remain closed. In order to re-open your account, you must email us.

Why didn’t my bonus code work?
There are a few reasons why your bonus code may not have worked:
·        Double-check the terms and conditions of the code stated on the email communication. Unless stated otherwise, all promotional codes are valid only on the day that the communication was sent out (up to 23:59 on that day).
·        Bonuses are not available to players who have a withdrawal pending. Once your withdrawal has been processed, you will continue to receive bonuses as usual.
Whilst it is highly unlikely that a redeposit bonus or free spins credit code malfunctions, in the rare case of a technical issue, we will endeavour to explore and explain this issue, and offer a remedy to the problem if the issue is submitted to us within 7 days of the malfunction. Can I withdraw my bonus?
Whilst you can withdraw your ‘real money’ balance (in line with our withdrawal policy) you can not withdraw your bonus funds. It is possible to convert your bonus balance to a ‘real money’ balance by following our wagering requirements policy.
Please note, if you decide to withdraw from your withdrawable balance prior to completing the wagering requirements outlined below then your bonus balance and wagering requirement will be reset to £0.00.
When can I wager with my bonus funds?
By default, your wager will always be taken from your ‘real money’ balance before your bonus funds. Only if you have an insufficient amount in your ‘real money’ balance to cover the wager, will your bonus funds be used for a wager.
What are the wagering requirements?
In order to convert your bonus balance into your ‘real money’ balance you must comply with Wizard Slot’s wagering requirements.
You must wager 65x the total amount of bonus won + any additional bonuses in your bonus balance in order to withdraw the bonus balance.
For example, if you deposit £10 and win £20 in bonuses, you would need to meet a wagering requirement of x65. So, £10 + £20 = £30. £30 x 65 = a total wagering amount of £1,950.
You can choose to cash-out prior to fulfilling these conditions, but please note that in doing this you will forfeit all remaining bonus funds.
Will my cash wagering count towards completing the wagering requirements?
‘Real money’ wagers do not count towards completing the wagering requirements. Only bonus wagers contribute towards the agreed wagering requirement.
How much bonus is converted when I meet the wagering requirements?
The maximum amount of bonus funds that can be converted into ‘real money’ will not exceed £250. Even if you have accrued over £250 worth of bonuses, only £250 will be converted into ‘real money’ once all the wagering requirements have been met.
How can I claim my cashback?
In order to claim cashback for the previous day’s gameplay, you must first of all log in to your account using your username and password. You can manually claim the previous day’s cashback through the ‘Your Account’ page. Please note that cashback will only be available to claim until 23:59 on the day following gameplay. If you do not claim the cashback during this time period, your cashback total will be reset to the current day’s total.
There are no wagering requirements of the cashback bonus. Cashback will be added to your ‘real money’ balance without any attached terms.
