About Gemix

Gemix is a 7-reel, 20-payline cascading slot game from Play'n GO. Handling Interrupted Games

  • If your game session is interrupted, all current bets and game information are saved until the game is reopened.
  • You can resume any unfinished round from the point where play was paused. Bets placed but unresolved in unfinished games will be voided after 90 days, with the funds forfeited to charity. Any malfunction voids all pays and plays.

How to Play Gemix

  1. Choose your preferred bet by using the plus and minus buttons, or select directly from the bet buttons located at the bottom of the screen. Bets range from £0.10 to £5.00 per round.
  2. Start the round by clicking the START button.
  3. Symbols cascade onto the 7x7 grid. Win by matching five or more connected symbols that touch each other either horizontally or vertically. Winning clusters are removed from the grid, allowing new symbols to drop in.
  4. Cascades continue until no new winning combinations are formed. All wins in a round contribute to charging up the crystal charge meter.
  5. When the crystal charge meter is fully charged and no more cascades are possible, the crystal charge effect is triggered.

Crystal Charge Effects

When activated, one of these random effects is triggered:

  • Chain Lightning: Two corner symbols linked by an electrical arc transform other symbols into the corner symbol type.
  • Light Beam: Rays shoot vertically and horizontally from a grid symbol, converting all symbols in those lines to other symbols.
  • Crystal Warp: One symbol is chosen, and it along with all matching symbols are transformed into other symbols.
  • Nova Blast: One grid symbol explodes, removing adjacent symbols. A new core of matching symbols then appears as the explosion retracts.

The crystal charge meter can continue to accumulate charge for more effects, potentially resulting in additional wins.

Super Charge Feature

If a win is achieved on enough symbols after the crystal charge meter is full, the game may become Super Charged. When this occurs, all current and subsequent wins for that round are multiplied by three. The Super Charge effect can only be triggered once during a single game round.

Worlds and Patterns

  • Gemix features multiple worlds, each associated with three patterns. The current pattern is highlighted on the grid.
  • To clear a pattern, form wins on the required grid positions. Once a pattern is cleared, the next one becomes active.
  • Clearing all three patterns within a world unlocks the next world and awards the World Bonus, which increases with any win during the round.

World-Specific Wild Symbols

  • Each world presents a unique wild symbol, which substitutes for any other symbol to help complete winning clusters. Wilds are removed when part of a win, except for sticky wilds in the Wizard’s world, which have their own rules.
    • Miner’s World: Wild symbols drop down from the top, replacing up to 10 regular symbols on the grid.
    • Princess’ World: A wild symbol starts at an edge and spreads to adjacent positions, continuing until it reaches another edge.
    • Wizard’s World: Up to 8 sticky wilds can appear and remain in place regardless of wins and symbol drops, staying for one game round or until the crystal charge is triggered.

  • Changing Your Bet: Use the plus/minus buttons or select from the bet options to adjust your stake between £0.10 and £5.00.
